An overview of the different possibilities of designing intercultural trainings according to the goals and needs of the client can be found at Brislin (1991:454f.): Next to the right "dosage" of information presented and the inclusion of all participants, it is the experience of the trainer which is crucial for a successful conveyance of the contents of a training.
