Our training concepts are being especially compiled for your needs from the large repertoire of intercultural training methods and tools.

We offer

  • culturally specific information on aspects of the business world, as for example business etiquette and -protocol.
  • knowledge of intercultural theories, values and attitudes

We train

  • critical incidents in role-plays and run communication trainings. Thereby we especially consider the particular needs of multi-cultural teams and/or management issues.

"Ressource-Persons"

In some intercultural trainings so called "resource-persons", natives from the country or region in question, are employed as experts to report on the characteristics of the respective country as well as on working- and living-conditions from their perspective.

Depending on the needs of the client, the length of a seminar varies from half a day to several days.

Additionally, holds licenses for two training tools which are exclusively distributed by our co-operation partners ITAP International (USA) and KCL / ITAP Europe (UK):

The Culture in the Workplace Questionnaire™ aims at portraying cultural value attitudes and their variability and was designed to help understand those as a potential and not as stereotypes.

The Global Team Process Questionnaire™ focuses on the areas of effectiveness, productivity, communication, leadership and team processes of globally working teams.

Both instruments primarily serve

  • to diagnose the current state of a team (GTPQ™)
  • as a medium to convey theoretical concepts and as an incentive for processes of intercultural (self-) perception (CW™).

Furthermore employs well-tested "Simulations" as training tools. For more information click here.
