Individual assessments and 360°-feedback-procedure audits are conducted by iMO. This feedback-procedures are useful for individuals as well as for whole groups of employees.


Assessments and / or 360°-feedback should both focus on coaching subjects for the individual candidate. This procedures are regarded as a potential analysis which measures and diagnose individual capabilities and skills. In order to enhance the candidate's capabilities and strength a "schedule" is developed together. This will serve the company and the candidate as a basis for preparation and targeting unerringly the right time for the decision to assign superior tasks and responsibilities.
